Belver and Sara Parker developed a robust brand identity and a Shopify website that enhanced user experience and conversion capabilities.

The primary challenge was to develop an online platform that aligned with the newly refined brand identity while effectively showcasing the uniqueness of Trading In Style’s consignment offerings. The site needed to not only attract but also retain a discerning clientele, facilitating an easy consignment process and seamless shopping experience.

The unique business model of Trading In Style, involving daily promotions and edits through organic social channels, previously led to inaccurate tracking and reporting of Meta's Return On Ad Spend (ROAS). Previous agencies reported inflated ROAS figures of 50-70x, not accounting for significant audience crossover and Meta's attribution models, which skewed strategic decisions about ad spending and optimisation.

  4. Accurate Measurement Implementation: We introduced advanced tracking solutions that more accurately reflected the true effectiveness of paid advertising efforts, overcoming the issues with audience crossover and attribution discrepancies.
  5. Refined Digital Advertising Strategy: With a new understanding of the accurate ROAS, which stood at a realistic but highly effective 10x, we restructured the digital advertising strategy to optimise investment and maximise returns without the previous overestimations.
